The acquisition agreement was signed between Chairman of Global IME Laghubitta Mr. Buddhi Akela and his counterpart in Sparsha Laghubitta Dr. Sushil Bhakta Mathema on Ashoj 20, 2077 itself, as per the media statement.

Also, the trading of shares of Sparsha Laghubitta is halted from today, i.e. Ashwin 21 for the same reason.
