Global IME Sammunat Scheme 1 Issued Notice To Unitholders To Collect Due Dividend

Global IME Capital Limited has issued an announcement today to collect uncollected due dividend to its unitholders of "Global IME Sammunat Scheme - 1 (GIMES1)" and dematerialize their shares and update their bank account
The capital request those unit holders who had not collected the dividend yet to verify the return in their beneficiary accounts. Those unitholders who had not received the dividend can contact through their websites www.globalimecapital.com and can directly visit capital for further more information.
Global IME Sammunat Scheme 1 is a closed-end 7 years mutual fund scheme managed by Global IME Capital and sponsored by Global IME Bank. The fund matured on Chaitra 11, 2079, and started refunding the money to the unitholders from Shrawan 25, 2080.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had then instructed the fund manager on Baisakh 26, 2080 to return the fund to respective unitholders. Global IME Capital has released Rs. 10 per unit. Needless to say, all unit holders received funds according to the proportion of their ownership.
Those unitholders who had not collected 4% dividend of FY 2076/77 and 100% cash dividend for the FY 2077/78 are also requested to update their bank accounts as per this information and maintain contact with bank for physical shares.
