Gold and Silver Prices Increase in Local Market Due to International Price Surge and Rising Domestic Demand

The price of gold has risen in the local market following an increase in international market prices and a rise in domestic demand. Today, the price of gold has increased by NPR 1,000 per tola.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Association, gold, which was trading at NPR 159,600 per tola on Thursday, is now being bought and sold at NPR 160,600 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also seen a slight increase today, rising by NPR 5 per tola. Silver, which was trading at NPR 1,875 per tola on Thursday, will now be bought and sold at NPR 1,880 per tola.
