Gold and Silver Prices Reach Unprecedented Heights Today
Consistently, the gold market in Nepal has seen an unprecedented surge, reaching a new all-time high on April 4, 2024.
As per the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders' Association, there was a notable single-day increase of Rs. 1,000, driving the price of fine gold to an exceptional rate of Rs. 1,34,000 per tola, up from its previous rate of Rs. 1,33,000.
Similarly, Tejabi gold, another highly sought-after variant, has witnessed a significant rise, now valued at Rs. 1,33,350 per tola, marking a consecutive increase of Rs. 1,000 from its previous rate of Rs. 1,32,350.
On April 3rd, 2024, fine gold reached an all-time high of Rs. 1,33,000 per tola, marking a historic milestone.
In line with this trajectory, the price of silver has also surged and set new records today. Currently priced at Rs. 1,650 per tola, silver witnessed a Rs. 40 increase from the previous day's rate of Rs. 1,610 per tola.
While the domestic market is witnessing an upward trend in prices, the international market is equally influential. According to the latest update, the current gold rate stands at $2,298.40 per ounce. Internationally, silver is also experiencing positive momentum, with prices reaching $27.05 per ounce.
