Gold prices continue to break records in Nepal. On September 23, 2024, the gold market reached a new milestone with significant increases.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold surged to Rs. 1,59,200 per tola, up from Rs. 1,58,800 per tola the day before.

Tejabi gold also experienced a rise, now priced at Rs. 1,58,500 per tola, reflecting a jump of Rs. 400 from the previous day's Rs. 1,58,100 per tola.

This sharp increase follows a recent peak in fine gold prices on September 22, 2024, when it reached Rs. 1,58,800 per tola, underscoring the market's ongoing volatility.

In contrast, the price of silver remains steady at Rs. 1,920 per tola.
