Gold Loses Rs. 300 Per Tola Today, Silver Trading at Rs. 1,800
The Nepali gold market has seen a considerable decline, with the price of fine gold dropping by Rs. 300 per tola.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is currently priced at Rs. 149,300 per tola, down from the previous rate of Rs. 149,600 per tola.
Likewise, the price of Tejabi gold has also decreased by Rs. 300, now standing at Rs. 148,600 per tola, down from Rs. 148,900 per tola.
This sharp drop follows the record high reached on October 31, 2024, when fine gold hit a peak of Rs. 171,000 per tola.
In addition to gold, silver prices have also experienced a slight decrease, dropping by Rs. 30 per tola. The current price of silver is Rs. 1,830 per tola, down from Rs. 1,860 the previous day.
