Gold Loses Rs. 3,600 Per Tola In Last Three Days; Silver at Rs. 1,810

The fine gold market has significantly changed, with prices falling by Rs. 1,300 per tola.

According to the latest update from the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is currently priced at Rs. 146,200 per tola, down from its previous closing rate of Rs. 147,500 per tola.

Tejabi gold has also experienced a price decrease, now valued at Rs. 145,500 per tola, which is Rs. 1,300 less than its earlier closing price of Rs. 146,800 per tola.

This reduction comes after a peak on July 17, 2024, when fine gold reached an all-time high of Rs. 149,800 per tola.

Additionally, the price of silver has decreased by Rs. 20 per tola, with the current market rate at Rs. 1,810 per tola, compared to yesterday's closing rate of Rs. 1,830 per tola.

This downward trend is evident both domestically and internationally. Globally, gold is trading at $2,400.80 per ounce, while silver is priced at $29.19 per ounce.
