Gold Once More Sets an All-Time High Record; Spikes Up by Rs. 4,000 In Last Three Days to Trade at Rs. 157,300
On September 16, 2024, Nepal's gold market hit a new high, experiencing significant price increases.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold surged to Rs. 1,57,300 per tola, up from Rs. 1,56,800 per tola the previous day.
Tejabi gold also saw a rise, now priced at Rs. 1,56,600 per tola, marking a Rs. 500 increase from the prior day's Rs. 1,56,100 per tola.
This notable surge follows a recent peak in fine gold prices, which reached Rs. 1,56,800 per tola on September 15, 2024, underscoring the market's volatility.
Silver prices have similarly climbed, rising by Rs. 15 per tola to Rs. 1,915, compared to Rs. 1,900 per tola the day before.
