Gold Prices Soar to Historic Highs in Nepal

Gold prices in the Nepalese market continue their upward momentum, reaching an all-time high with a sharp Rs. 1,400 increase in just one day.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold has surged to Rs. 1,76,200 per tola, surpassing the previous day's rate of Rs. 1,74,800 per tola.

Tejabi gold also experienced a notable rise, now priced at Rs. 1,75,500 per tola, up from Rs. 174,100 per tola the previous day.

This latest surge sets a new benchmark, breaking the previous record of Rs. 176,000 per tola, recorded on March 19, 2025.

Furthermore, silver prices have risen by Rs. 20 per tola, now standing at Rs. 2,040 per tola, compared to Rs. 2,020 per tola the previous day.
