Gold Prices Surge by Rs. 1,700 per Tola, Silver Follows Suit with 20 Rupees Gain
Gold prices, a highly sought-after asset, increased by Rs. 1,700 per tola today, reaching Rs. 1,67,200 per tola. This represents a notable rise from yesterday's rate of Rs. 1,65,500 per tola.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA) reports that Tejabi gold also saw a rise, reaching Rs. 1,66,500 per tola, up from Rs. 1,64,800 per tola the day before.
It's worth noting that fine gold had previously reached an all-time high of Rs. 1,71,000 per tola on October 31, 2024.
In a similar trend, silver prices rose by Rs. 20 per tola, now priced at Rs. 1,960 per tola, compared to Rs. 1,940 per tola the previous day.
