Gold Prices Surge by Rs. 400 per Tola, Silver Follows Suit with 10 Rupees Gain
The price of the highly coveted yellow metal has risen by Rs. 400 per tola today compared to the previous day's rates.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the current price for fine gold is Rs. 1,46,100 per tola, marking a notable increase from the previous day's Rs. 1,45,700 per tola.
Similarly, Tejabi gold prices have surged to Rs. 1,45,400 per tola, reflecting an increase of Rs. 400 from the previous day's price of Rs. 1,45,000 per tola.
On July 17, 2024, fine gold peaked at Rs. 149,800 per tola, illustrating the volatility in the precious metals market.
Meanwhile, the cost of silver has also seen an uptick of Rs. 10 per tola, with the new price now set at Rs. 1,750 per tola, up from the previous day's Rs. 1,740 per tola.
