Goodwill Finance Company Calls 28th AGM on Ashad 21; When's the Book Closure?

Goodwill Finance Company Limited (GFCL) has called its 28th AGM on 21st Ashad, 2080. The meeting will be held in the head office of the company located at Hattisar, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the Chairman's report on behalf of the Board of Directors.
2) Endorse the financial and auditor's reports with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Misc.
The book closure date is from Ashad 12 to Ashad 21. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
