Government Allocates Rs 36.81 Arba for Irrigation in FY 2081/82; Plans Commercial Marijuana Farming and Subsidies for Farmers
The government has earmarked Rs 36.81 Arba for irrigation purposes in the upcoming fiscal year, aiming to extend irrigation services to 15,571 hectares of land.
Additionally, Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun unveiled plans to initiate commercial farming of marijuana within the country. Moreover, a subsidy of Rs 27.95 Arba has been allocated for farmers to facilitate the purchase of chemical fertilizers.
