Green Development Bank (GRDBL) Calls AGM; When's the Book Closure for Dividend?

Green Development Bank Limited has called its 8th AGM on 28th Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Hotel Barahi, Lakeside, Pokhara.
Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company has proposed a 4% dividend. This is the company's first dividend after being public.
The 154th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 28 has decided to distribute 3.8% bonus shares and 0.2% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The bonus shares are partly distributed from the company's share premium and the distributable profit of the fiscal year 2076/77.
Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. The company had previously proposed a 5.1% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77 but the proposal was revised. The 153rd meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 28 had decided to distribute 4.845% bonus shares and 0.255% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital.
The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 17. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
