Green Ventures Limited Calls 4th AGM on Ashad 29; When's the Book Closure?

Green Ventures Limited (GVL) has called its 4th AGM on 29th Ashad, 2080. The meeting will be held in Baneshwor Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the Chairman's report on behalf of the Board of Directors.
2) Endorse the financial and auditor's reports with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2078/79.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Elect 5 directors from the promoter shareholding group and 1 from the public shareholding group.
5) Elect an independent director.
6) Determine meeting allowance.
7) Since the tenure of directors is 5 years, to pass a resolution regarding amendment in the Articles of Association from 5 years tenure to 4 years.

The book closure date is from Ashad 15. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
