Guardian Micro Life Insurance Postpones Special General Meeting Following Regulatory Directive

Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited (GMLI) has announced the postponement of its Special General Meeting (SGM), which was originally scheduled to be held on Friday, i.e., Baisakh 5, 2082, as per the decision of its Board of Directors on Chaitra 18, 2081.
The decision to postpone the meeting was made under a directive received from the Regulation Department of the Nepal Insurance Authority, dated Baisakh 2, 2082. Following the directive, the company’s Board held a meeting on Baisakh 3, 2082, at 3:30 PM and officially resolved to postpone the planned SGM.
