Gurans Laghubitta (GLBSL) Calls AGM; When's the Book Closure for 17.796% Dividend?

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has called its 6th AGM on Kartik 22, i.e. November 08. The meeting will be held in New Aanjali Hotel, Dhankuta, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 17.796% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 10 decided to distribute the dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 8.34 crores. 16.906% bonus share and 0.8898% cash dividend have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1.41 crores and the cash dividend is worth slightly over Rs. 7.42 lakhs.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect 4 board members from the promoters of the company.

Kartik 08 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM. Books will be closed from Kartik 08 to Kartik 22.
