Gurkhas Finance Calls 26th AGM on Baisakh 21; Company Not Distributing Any Dividend

Gurkhas Finance Limited (GUFL) has called its 26th AGM on Baisakh 21, 2078, i.e. May 04, 2021. The AGM will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 86.79 crores. The company did not propose any dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The last dividend was distributed way back, in the year 2071/72. 7% bonus shares were distributed.
The book closure date is declared on Baisakh 06. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Baisakh 06 to Baisakh 21. GUFL has an LTP of Rs. 479.
