Gurkhas Finance Limited Unveils Book Closure Date And Call 28th And 29th AGM On 2nd Chaitra

Gurkhas Finance Limited (GUFL) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 28th and 29th AGM.
The 481st board of directors meeting held on Falgun 2, 2080 decided to call the 28th and 29th AGM on 2nd Chaitra, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 1:00 pm that day.
The finance company has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The current paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 86.79 Crore. The company had intended to adjust the capital structure to a ratio of 51:49 Promoter: Public Shareholders.
Falgun 18 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
