Hathway Investment Nepal Limited to Launch IPO at NPR 50 Per Share

Hathway Investment Nepal Limited is gearing up to introduce an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with a face value of NPR 50 per share. The company is set to offer this IPO to the general public starting from the 21st of Bhadra.
Having secured authorization, the company is all set to float 29 lakh 25 thousand shares, each priced at NPR 50, totaling NPR 14.62 crores. In the initial phase, Hathaway issued IPO shares to laborers with work permits from concerned authorities, and allocated 292,500 shares worth NPR 1,46,25,000 to Nepalese Nationals employed overseas.
Additionally, the company has also allocated and distributed 58 thousand 500 shares, valued at NPR 29 lakh 25 thousand, to its employees, along with 1 lakh 46 thousand 250 shares, worth NPR 73 lakh 12 thousand 500, allocated to the mutual funds.
For the company's IPO, applicants are required to apply for a minimum of 20 shares, with a maximum application limit of 100,000 shares, in multiples of 20. General investors can submit their applications for the company's IPO until Bhadra 25. Should the total applications not be received within this timeframe, the issuance period will be extended until Asoj 4th.
Global IME Capital Limited has been appointed as the issuing and selling manager for the company. Investors can conveniently apply online through the C-ASBA system using the 'Mero Share' software, developed by CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC). This option is available at all ASBA member banks and financial institutions, as well as their designated branch offices, authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
