HDHPC's Bid Auction Cut-off Rate at Rs. 120

Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) on Sunday i.e., August 20, 2023, opened the bid auction of its 15,77,211 unit ordinary shares to the general public. 

15,77,211 units of ordinary right shares were auctioned. This is the unclaimed portion of the rights offering. The company opened a 1: 0.75 ratio right share issue to its eligible shareholders from 22nd Jestha to 25th Ashad, 2080. The same unsold right shares were auctioned to the general public from 22nd to 29th Shrawan, 2080.

According to Laxmi Capital Market, which had been appointed as the auction manager, the cut-off rate was Rs. 120. 

As the bid is still recent, data compilation is underway along with cheque collection. Therefore, the actual official data will be made public promptly via Laxmi Capital's website as it becomes available. 

HDHPC closed at Rs. 135.60 yesterday.
