HIgh-level committee responds to Investors' Pressure Group; 5 people invited to Finance Ministry for discussion

A group of investors called Investors' Pressure Group had started a relay hunger strike from Mangsir 23, 2075 in front of Nepal Stock Exchange Building (NEPSE). Similarly, a high committee was formed on Mangsir 20, 2075 under the cordinatorship of Deputy Governor Shiba Raj Shrestha to analyse and draw suggestions regarding the current situation of interest rates, capital market and long-term bond mobilization within 7 days.

In regards to the same, the committee has invited at most 5 representatives from the pressure group for further discussion. The relay hunger strike has reached 6th day today and it seems as though it is their first win. The representatives are invited at Ministry of Finance's High-committee office at 2 PM today.

The five people who are visiting are:

3. Shova Dhungana

4. Uttam Aryal from Share Laganikarta Sanga

5. Nayan Bastola from Nepal Punjibazar Sanga
