Him Star Urja Company Calls AGM on Kartik 04; Agenda To Discuss About IPO Issuance

Him Star Urja Company Limited has called its 5th AGM on 4th Kartik, 2080. The meeting will be held in the company's head office, starting at 11:00 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appoint auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81 and determine their remuneration.
4) Elect a director from the promoter shareholding group.
5) Discuss IPO issuance to the general public.
6) Misc.

The company has submitted a proposal to SEBON to issue a total of 1,119,000 shares. This will raise Rs. 11.19 crores for the company. The application was submitted on Jestha 31, 2080.

Him Star Urja Company Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company on August 19, 2010, and was later converted to a public limited company on December 8, 2017. The company is developing a 5-MW Buku Kapati Khola hydropower project in the Okhaldhunga and Solukhumbu districts in Province 1 of Nepal. The project is an R-o-R type and is being developed at a 40% probability of exceedance.
