Himal Dolakha Hydropower appoints Laxmi Capital as issue manager for its upcoming right issue; Ilam-based hydro producer to float 1.20 crore unit shares

Himal Dolakha HydroPower Company has appointed Laxmi Capital Market as the issue manager for its upcoming right issue.
The agreement was signed between the Chairman of the hydro company Ms. Ranjana Dahal and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Rajeev Sapkota amid a program, as per the media statement.
The hydro company will be floating 1.20 crore unit shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 100;75 on its existing paid-up value of Rs 1.60 arba. The hydro company is currently operating 4.5 MW Mai Khola small hydro project and an 8 MW Mai Small Cascade hydro project in Ilam district, as per the media statement.
