Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company (HDHPC) Auctioning 15,77,211 Unclaimed Right Shares from Shrawan 22

Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) is auctioning its 15,77,211 unit ordinary shares to the general public. The auction will open on the 22nd of Shrawan and will conclude on the 29th of Shrawan, 2080.

15,77,211 units of ordinary right shares will be auctioned. This is the unclaimed portion of the rights offering. The company opened a 1: 0.75 ratio right share issue to its shareholders from 22nd Jestha to 25th Ashad, 2080. The same unsold right shares will now be auctioned to the general public. This is 13.14% of the total shares issued to the shareholders of the company. Individuals and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction.

Laxmi Capital Market has been appointed as the auction manager. Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 100 units, there is no upper limit for the shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity. The last traded price of the scrip stands Rs 153.90 per share.
