Himal Dolakha Hydropower Limited's AGM Rescheduled For Jestha 28

Himal Dolakha Hydropower Company Limited (HDHPC) has rescheduled its 15th & 16th AGM to be held on the 28th of Jestha, 2081. The meeting will be held in the KM Banquet, Koteshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 9:30 AM.

Previously, the company had decided to convene its AGM on 29th Chaitra, 2080. However, due to inadequate attendance, the company has deferred the general meeting.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2078/79 and 2079/80.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) To approve the appointment of an Independent Director.
5) To determine the meeting allowances of the board of directors.
6) Misc.

18th Chaitra was the book closure date. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend this AGM.
