Himalayan Bank Limited Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2080/81

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The 463rd Board Meeting of HBL held on Poush 01, 2081 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of writing, HBL closed at Rs. 239.90.
