Himalayan Bank Partners with Social Security Fund for Easy Contributions by Migrant Workers

Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has signed an agreement with the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Security's Social Security Fund to facilitate contributions from Nepalese working abroad.

Under this agreement, contributors can deposit funds into the Social Security Fund through Himalayan Bank accounts using HimalRemit, mobile banking, or cards.

Deposited amounts will be transferred to the fund's account on the same day. The agreement was signed by HBL’s Deputy CEO Mr. Ujjal Rajbhandary and the fund’s Executive Director Kabiraj Adhikari in the presence of officials from both institutions.
