Himalayan Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Himalayan 80-20

Himalayan Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 9th Kartik is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 8th Kartik are entitled to the dividend payout.

The 68th meeting of the board of directors of Himalayan Capital held on Ashwin 21 has decided to distribute a 6% cash dividend worth Rs. 6 Crores to the unitholders of Himalayan 80-20 (H8020) for the fiscal year 2080/81.

Himalayan 80-20 (H8020) is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 10 years. The fund is sponsored by Himalayan Bank and managed by Himalayan Capital.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of H8020 is reported at Rs. 11.09 and it closed at Rs. 10.20.
