Himalayan Everest Insurance Holds Successful 31st AGM, Declares 8.75% Cash Dividend

Himalayan Everest Insurance Company Limited successfully held its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu, chaired by Mahendra Krishna Shrestha. The AGM approved the annual report for FY 080/81 and declared a cash dividend of Rs. 21,87,63,773 (8.75% of the paid-up capital).

The external auditor for FY 081/82 was also appointed. Chairman Shrestha highlighted the company's focus on technology and talent for sustainable growth, while CEO Anju Shrestha committed to enhancing the company’s prestige. Shareholders, including Jagannath Acharya, Uttamdatta Pandey, and Sudip Shrestha, expressed satisfaction with the dividend.
