Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited is auctioning 20,00,000 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC). The auction is open from today i.e. 26th Mangsir, 2080.
20,00,000 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited are being auctioned. Interested Nepalese Citizens/ Companies/ institutions are eligible to bid in an auction. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 26th Mangsir.
Rs. 300 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1,00,000 units and the maximum bid quantity is 20,00,000 units. The company has mentioned that the first priority will be given to the existing founding shareholders.
As of writing, NRIC has an LTP of Rs. 638.10.
