Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited is auctioning 20,00,000 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC). The auction is open from today i.e. 16th Magh, 2080.
20,00,000 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited are being auctioned. Interested Nepalese Citizens/ Companies/ institutions are eligible to bid in an auction. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 16th Magh.
Rs. 280 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1,00,000 units and the maximum bid quantity is 20,00,000 units. The company has mentioned that priority will be given to the existing founding shareholders.
As of writing, NRIC has an LTP of Rs. 772.90.
