Himalayan Everest Insurance Proposes 8.75% Cash Dividend

Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI) has proposed an 8.75% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The 343rd board of directors meeting held on Magh 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.50 Arba. An 8.75% cash dividend worth Rs. 21.87 crore has been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
HEI closed at Rs. 657.00 yesterday.
