Himalayan Laghubitta Calls AGM on 27th Mangsir: What Are The Agendas?

Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (HLBSL) has called its 13th AGM on 27th Mangsir, 2081. The meeting will be held in Bougainvilla Events, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) To approve the appointment of directors from the promoter shareholding group of Group "A" according to the regulations of the organization.
5) To elect 2 directors representing the board of directors on behalf of the public shareholding group.
6) To identify suitable microfinance companies for merger or acquisition, conduct due diligence, and authorize the Board of Directors to finalize all necessary procedures related to the merger or acquisition.
7) Miscellaneous.

The book closure date is on Mangsir 16, 2081. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
