Himalayan Laghubitta Sanstha Decides Not To Distribute Dividends of FY 79/80

Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited ( HLBSL ) did not propose to give cash dividends or bonus shares to its shareholders for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The decision not to distribute dividends by HLBSL was decided at the 219th meeting of the Board of Directors held on Mangsir 8. HLBSL is not distributing profits for Fiscal Year 2079/80 and the profit will be kept as a reserve fund rather than paid out as dividends to shareholders.
As of writing, HLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 536.10.
