Himalayan Life Insurance Proposes 14% Bonus Shares for FY 2079/80

Himalayan Life Insurance Limited (HLI) has proposed a 14% dividend worth Rs. 1.12 Arba for the fiscal year 2079/80.
The 34th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 04 has decided to distribute 14% bonus shares. The existing paid-up capital of HLI is Rs. 8.02 Arba.
The dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming AGM.
As of writing, HLI closed at Rs. 445.30.
