Himalayan Power Partner Calls AGM on Poush 29; When's the Book Closure?

Himalayan Power Partner Limited (HPPL) has called its 10th AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting from 9 am that day.

These are the agendas:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) Approval of Rs. 2,18,600 of financial assistance provided by the company under social responsibility.
5) Approving loans taken by the company in excess of its paid-up capital and accumulated profits.

Poush 13 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
