Himalayan Securities Banker Ltd. Holds First Annual General Meeting

The first annual general meeting (AGM) of Himalayan Securities Banker Limited was held on November 20, 2024, at the company's registered office in Naya Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Deepak Kumar Shrestha, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The AGM approved the Annual Report, the financial audit report for 2080/81, and the appointment of directors, along with amendments to the memorandum and articles of association.

Mr. Shrestha was reappointed as the company's president, and Mr. Sitaram Wagle and Mrs. Akanksha Gupta were reappointed as directors. Mr. Badri Sigdel and Mr. Dinesh Kumar Lal were appointed as independent directors.

CEO Mr. Subhash Bahadur Shrestha shared the company's vision to become a leading organization in securities services, focusing on securities underwriting, investment management, and institutional consulting.

The chairman also expressed gratitude to Himalayan Reinsurance Limited, regulatory bodies, auditors, customers, shareholders, and employees for their support.
