Hotel Hyatt Place appoints Global IME Capital as issue manager to float its ordinary shares in IPO; new five-star property under Hyatt franchise to provide hospitality services

City Hotel Limited, the developer and operator of a new five-star hotel, The Hotel Hyatt Place of Soltee mode, has appointed Global IME Capital as issue manager for the issuance of its 10% shares of its total paid-up value to the general public, the company’s employees and to the mutual funds.

The agreement was signed between Mr. Shakti Kumar Golyan, chairman of the hotel and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Parash Mani Dhakal, amid a program on Mangsir 7, 2078.

The new five star property under the world renown Hyatt franchise will provide world class facilities to its visitors, as per the media statement.
