Hotel Sabrina Limited, based in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu, has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO), approved during its sixth annual general meeting. The IPO aims to raise NPR 15 crore by issuing 15 lakh shares to the public, helping upgrade the hotel's facilities to five-star standards, expanding room capacity, and settling loans.

The hotel currently operates with 60 rooms, including apartments, and plans to increase its capacity as part of its expansion strategy. With an authorized capital of NPR 90 crores and a paid-up capital of NPR 35 crore 65 lakhs, NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager, with the IPO process awaiting SEBON approval.

Despite being operational for only three years, Hotel Sabrina was recognized as "Best Hotel in Nepal 2021" and is managed under the "Regenta Place" brand by Royal Orchid Hotels. The upgrade is expected to enhance Nepal's luxury tourism sector and attract high-end travelers, contributing to the local economy.
