Hyundai Motor Company Achieves $23 Billion Brand Valuation, Ranks 30th Globally

Hyundai Motor Company has announced a brand valuation of $23 billion, ranking 30th globally in Interbrand’s Best Global Brands for 2024. This represents a 63% increase in brand value over five years and marks the brand's rise in rankings for the second consecutive year, moving up from 36th to 30th.

Key contributors to this growth include the brand's vision of “Progress for Humanity,” the award-winning IONIQ 5 N, and strategic initiatives to enhance global influence, such as the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore and plans for new electric vehicle facilities.

Hyundai has also strengthened customer engagement through sponsorships in sports and the arts, along with innovative projects like its first restaurant in Singapore, which received recognition in the Red Dot Award. Looking forward, Hyundai unveiled its ‘Hyundai Way’ strategy aimed at market leadership and innovation in mobility and energy, with a focus on AI and software.

Jaehoon Chang, President and CEO, emphasized the company’s commitment to becoming a game changer in future mobility. The annual Interbrand rankings evaluate companies based on financial performance, brand role, and competitive strength, underscoring Hyundai’s consistent growth and performance achievements.
