Hyundai Nepal Unveils Locally Made CRETA ICE & CRETA EV with Competitive Pricing

Laxmi Intercontinental launched the Hyundai CRETA EV and Nepal-made CRETA ICE on March 24, 2025, at Soaltee Hotel, Kathmandu, under the theme "CHOOSE YOUR FUTURE." The CRETA EV starts at Rs. 51,96,000, while the locally produced ICE model starts at Rs. 53,96,000, with a price reduction of up to Rs. 9 lakh compared to imported versions.

The event was attended by Ambassador Park Tae Young. Hyundai Nepal is also expanding its charging network (Re-Lax) and collaborating with Attero India for battery recycling. The CRETA EV offers best-in-class features like 200mm ground clearance, 11kW AC charging, ADAS, and a spare tire. Hyundai ensures reliability with an 8-year battery warranty for the EV and a 3-year warranty for the ICE.
