ICFC Finance Concludes its 20th AGM; Endorses 6.55% Cash Dividend to Shareholders

ICFC Finance Limited has successfully conducted its 20th annual general meeting on the date of Poush 29 (Saturday), held at Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, as per the announcement made on January 14, 2024. The general meeting approved the proposal to distribute a cash dividend of 6.55% for the fiscal year 2079/80.

For the fiscal year 2080/81, the company has appointed Mr. N. Amatya and K. Chartered Accountants as the auditors. Mr. Tankaram Gautam, Mr. Hemshikha Joshi Garg, and Mr. Safal Bhattarai have been elected as directors from the public shareholding group.
