ICFC Finance Limited Successfully Allocates Rs. 30 Crore Debenture Issue

ICFC Finance Limited, managed by Kumari Capital Limited, issued 300,000 debenture units titled "ICFC Finance Limited Debenture 2088" with a nominal value of Rs. 1,000 each, totaling Rs. 30 Crore.
Offering a 9% annual interest rate and a 7-year maturity, the debentures were allocated through a mix of private placement (180,000 units, Rs. 18 Crores) and a public offering (120,000 units, Rs. 12 Crore).
The public subscription ran from the 9th to the 13th of Poush, 2081, attracting 7,247 applicants for 621,357 units. A lottery system was used to allocate the available 114,000 units. The debentures were successfully distributed on the 20th of Magh, 2081, during a policy discussion.
