ICFC Finance Limited's Rs. 30 Crore 'ICFC Finance Debenture-2088' Issue Approved by NRB

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC)'s 'ICFC Finance Debenture-2088' has been approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank. The Nepal Rastra Bank gave the nod of approval on Jestha 28, 2080.
The "ICFC Finance Debenture-2088" has 3 lakh units, each having a par value of Rs. 1,000. Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed as the debenture issue and sales manager.
As the name suggests, the "ICFC Finance Debenture-2088" has a maturity period of 7 years and will mature in the year 2088 BS.
