ICFC Finance Plans to Issue 30 Crore Rupees Debenture, Appoints Kumari Capital as Issue and Sales Manager

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) plans to issue a debenture worth 30 crore rupees, named "9% ICFC Finance Debenture-2088". Kumari Capital Limited has been appointed as the debenture issue and sales manager.
The agreement was signed by ICFC's CEO Sunil Pant and Kumari Capital's CEO Puspa Sharma at an event in ICFC's central office.
The debenture issuance will proceed after approval from regulatory bodies, including the Securities Board of Nepal and the Company Registrar's Office. ICFC Finance currently operates through 21 branches, 1 extension counter, and 21 ATMs.
