ICRA Nepal assigns Issuer Rating ICRANP-IR BBB+ to Subordinated Debenture worth Rs 2 arba of Laxmi Bank indicating moderate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations

ICRA Nepal Limited has reaffirmed ratings of Laxmi Bank  Limited with a continuation on ‘Watch with Negative  Implications’ where the rating agency has provided Issuer Rating ICRANP-IR BBB+  which continues to be on watch With Negative Implications to the Subordinated Debenture worth NPR 2,000 million. 

Issuers with rating of [ICRANP-IR] BBB+ and Instruments with Rating of [ICRANP] LBBB+ are considered to have moderate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such Issuers and instruments carry moderate credit risk.
