ICRA Nepal provides Issuer Rating - [ICRANP-IR] BBB rating to Rs 1 arba worth Subordinated Debenture Programme  of Prabhu Bank

ICRA Nepal Limited has placed the ratings of Prabhu Bank Limited on watch with Developing Implications as below:

Issuer Rating - [ICRANP-IR] BBB&; placed on watch with Developing Implications to Subordinated Debenture Programme worth NPR 1,000 million

Issuers with rating of [ICRANP-IR] BBB and Instruments with Rating of [ICRANP] LBBB are considered to have moderate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such Issuers and instruments carry moderate credit risk.
