ICRA Nepal Reaffirms Ratings of Global IME Bank Under Negative Watch; Withdraws Rating on Matured Debenture

ICRA Nepal has reaffirmed the issuer and debenture ratings of Global IME Bank Limited, maintaining the status of “Rating Watch with Negative Implications.”
The bank’s issuer rating remains at [ICRANP-IR] A-, and the NPR 4.6 billion subordinated debenture is rated [ICRANP] LA-, both indicating an adequate degree of safety but under observation due to potential negative changes.
Additionally, the rating for the NPR 1.5 billion matured debenture has been withdrawn.
