IGI Prudential Insurance Limited (IGI) has declared that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 10th Board Meeting of IGI held on Poush 29, 2080 has decided that the company will not distribute any dividends to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2079/80. It is important to note that this decision is contingent upon the approval of the financial statements by the regulatory authority, Nepal Insurance Authority, and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
The company has not announced any dividend thereafter.
